Who may use ListRefine
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement where you live. If you use ListRefine for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for complying with laws and rules that apply to the webpages and information you process.

The service
ListRefine helps you filter selected, already-loaded webpage lists, tables, and simple item grids. Local word and number rules run in your browser. Optional AI filtering requires an eligible account and sends the limited data described in the Privacy Policy.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review results and should not rely on ListRefine for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.
Supported page structures, limits, account allowances, and features may change. ListRefine may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, including free features or allowances. The service does not guarantee that every webpage can be selected or filtered.

Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not create accounts or manipulate requests to evade usage limits, security controls, or eligibility requirements.

Acceptable use
You may not use ListRefine to violate law or another person's rights; access data without authorization; process passwords, payment-card details, private messages, health information, or similarly sensitive data with AI filtering; distribute malware; interfere with the service; reverse engineer or circumvent technical restrictions except where law expressly permits it; resell the service without written permission; or use automated means to abuse accounts, allowances, or infrastructure.

Paid features and Stripe
ListRefine does not currently offer a paid plan.
If paid features are offered, the price, currency, billing interval, included entitlement, renewal terms, taxes, and any trial, cancellation, or refund terms will be shown at checkout before you authorize payment. Those checkout terms become part of these terms.
Payments will be processed by Stripe or its affiliates. Stripe may collect and process your payment method, billing details, transaction information, device information, and fraud-prevention signals under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. ListRefine does not receive or store your full payment-card number. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the amount and on the schedule displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes.
If a purchase renews automatically, checkout will clearly disclose the renewal interval and price. You may cancel future renewal using the method identified at checkout or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily reverse charges already incurred. Refund eligibility will be governed by the policy shown at checkout and any mandatory rights under applicable law. Please contact support before initiating a payment dispute so we can try to resolve the issue. We may suspend paid access after a failed, reversed, or disputed payment.
Prices and paid features may change prospectively. A price change for an automatically renewing purchase will be communicated as required by law before it takes effect. Except where law requires otherwise, taxes, exchange-rate costs, bank fees, and internet or device charges are your responsibility.

Ownership and feedback
ListRefine and its software, branding, and service content are owned by the service operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of content you process. You grant ListRefine only the rights needed to operate, secure, and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation.
Third-party services and websites
ListRefine works on and may link to third-party websites, but it does not control or endorse them. Your use of Chrome, webpages you filter, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe, and AI providers may be governed by separate terms. ListRefine is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or conduct.

Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListRefine is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListRefine and its operator, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to ListRefine during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination
You may stop using ListRefine at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay an amount due, or abuse the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, when required, additional notice. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions about these terms, billing, cancellation, or refunds can be sent to [email protected].
